Is it just me or is anyone else having to log in every day despite having the ' keep me logged in box ticked' ?

Hasn't affected me. Windows 10 Chrome browser.

No problems here.

Happens to me a lot on the Iphone X not so much on the iPad

That happened to me a while ago, it’s annoying. As Janine suggested I had managed to accidentally change a setting.
The solution is on the forum….but I’m afraid I can’t remember where I found it.

Fine here. I would suggest checking your browser settings.

For instance if you have this ticked in firefox. You will lose your login each time you close the browser.

It’s been happening to me but I use private tabs in the browser so I’m assuming that’s the reason I’m getting it.

No problems on Win 10, Andriod 9 & Android 210.

Yep, private browsing deletes coolies on exit.

Just had to do it now to get on, getting a PIA tbh🙄

I would love to know what you have been browsing in private o_O
Private tabs don’t remember cookies when you close them, I don’t like companies or 3rd parties following what I do after I leave their website which is why I use them, and what maison said.

I use it primarily for surfing holiday sites/ ferries and Eurotunnel. It stops them remembering that you have previously checked that particular holiday so are obviously interested. I have heard that they then increase the price.

(There rests the case for the defence, M’lud).:xcool:

Must be me then, did an update last week, and have private settings on.
I'm doomed I tell you, doomed

In the last few days my google has changed, now my outlook says my password is wrong and I haven’t changed it ?? Also various other sites now send me a code to get in, I only switch my mobile on when I go out or when I’m expecting a call, so problems already and it aint 2022 yet

Clear cookies and cache.
You're being logged in by what's in cookies and cache.
The OP is trying to stay logged in but found they had to log in each session.
Looks from above updates like they were accidentally in “private” mode in their browser.

Many thanks, but I did that the other week and lost all the passwords, had to use my memory to put them all in again😡

You can delete just the cookie that is specific to the one a website uses.

But I’m not sure a cookie is your problem.
Are you using Outlook in a browser or the standalone app?
Are you getting an actual “incorrect password” type error or just the email login pop up every few minutes?

Edit: because the repeated logon pop up is an annoying state your Outlook App’s profile can get into. There are a few fixes for that. (With increasing inconvenience 🤔)
