Off to France in a couple of weeks for as long as we dare!
Told the Specialist in Hospital what I drink & she wasn’t worried about it, she and Cardiologist weren’t worried about my BP when all was settled down but GP is moaning that it’s too high.
Sometimes it is specially when I’m in the surgery!
I’m sure they get paid more for putting people on tablets!
We are all different, different sizes & metabolisms so I can’t see how we can all be expected to have a low BP!

My cousin suffers from "white coat syndrome" he can be at home check his BP and it is fine but when he sits in front of a nurse or Dr in surgery it is sky high!o_O

Same here , blood pressure ok tested at home , go to surgery it is slightly higher . It's the wait at the surgery that causes it , gives you time to worry about what they're going to tell you:D.
Put it to the back of your mind and enjoy your break.
