Essentially the vid shows the Old Bill with a portable scales weighing a van in France along with the text below

I got pulled North of Bordeaux on 15th December, They used those individual weighers but without the track either side. 800kgs under. Then again they were only pulling commercials at the time & he was most put out they'd pulled me .

Had a hire van next to us on an Aire 3.5t 7m, 4 adults, 4 bikes on the back garage stuffed to the brim, huge great be bbq, no way could it have been under 3.5t.
