Weighbridge Thread 2 Oh Dear.

Some will remember the raffles we had last year for the new marquee. Well that money bought a nice new £1150, 12m by 6m marquee which yesterday I crammed it into our new two ton trailer along with the 6m by 4m hospitality tent and everything else we need to run the rally. It was looking a bit heavy so I thought I'd pop along to the weighbridge; better safe than sorry. The trailer was only 388kg overweight which also put my back axle 40kg over too!

So we've just had to hire a van for the week to the tune of £300 so we can take the marquee to the Newbury Show Gutted

Its not mate, then I've got to fuel it and the RV ...Bummer... I'll be insisting NO ONE leaves the marquee before midnight each night, just so I can get my monies worth

I know it does not help now , but would one of those 3 axel trailers farmers use for moving livestock solve the problem. Am guessing it would reduce nose weight having 3 axels.

No good if you cannot have music in it (Chester)--Little fuel no water and Sian driving = 1/2 TON SAVING WITHOUT TRYING
