Bought my travel van in July and I have had problems constantly with the webasto heater. The vehicle has been back to south downs motorhomes at least 5 times to sort out faults with the system. Now don't get me wrong the staff at south downs have been very professional in trying to rectify the problems and each time I have taken the vehicle away it has worked. They have changed battery s twice, had it sent a way for new fan motors, new PC board, heavy duty cable to batteries etc.
Yesterday I thought just run the system again as I do every few weeks, low and behold 5 flashing red lights. It is now back at south downs motorhome.
I have a ferry to Spain booked for the 9th jan, and they usually have my van for 3 weeks at a time?????
Now I'm panicking, I have inrormed them to either replace the whole system, give me my money back or replace the van, what would you do??
