Got the sister on site with me in her new 2016 Elddis coachbuilt. This morning the water pump was pumping perfectly, now it’s stopped completely. The green light is on indicating that the pressure switch is asking the pump to operate but nothing. No pump noise and no water.
The tank is full, the fuse is good, we can’t find the pump yet to see if a wire has come off or to check if power is reaching it.
Any ideas what else to try or look for?
Thanks.

Not sure, undid the poorly mastic covered bit that was accessible but then was the level indicator. I’m comparing it to my last Elddis which had an in-line external pump.

Perhaps if you retitle your post to - does anyone know where the water pump is on an Eldiss 2016 - you might get a better response?

Hi I had an Elddis years back and the pump was hidden under a cover at the bottom of the wardrobe :)

If finding the pump was the issue, I would have. I’m looking for helpful responses that may determine the cause of the pump giving up.
Pump now found under the cooker. Power is at the pump, it’s just not working. Seems that the dealers have a warranty job to deal with.
Thanks to all ?

Your initial post said you can’t find the pump.
Now you have, and it has power.
Have you tried tapping it with a bit of wood or rubber mallet?
Have you tried disconnecting the pipes and reconnecting?
It may be an airlock?
Does it still not operate if you turn on all taps?
As you may be able to tell,I know nothing, but I generally find that fiddling about like I have described usually turns something up.
Good luck.

It has power TO the pump but does it have power FROM the Microswitch TO the pump body.
The microswitch in the pressure switch housing may have failed.
Pull BOTH red wires from the switch housing and join together.. If its the switch the pump will start, if not the pump is buggered.

Have you changed it on the control panel to external pump by accident?

I was responding to what you posted. Any suggestions may have been useless if you couldnt find the pump ....
