just found the perfect waste bin for your van.

after buying various bins only to find they are not suitable....too big/too flimsy ect i came upon this.........

a disused document shredder bin. just the right size for a carrier bag and with a little thought its easy to make a hanger for it.

john.

How long do shredders last? I've got two

From industrial shredders that need constant maintenance and those made for home use, they never seem to last very long, I have been through a few in the last couple of years. My document destroyer these days involves a box of matches:Smile:

try feeding a couple of LP's into it, that normally finishes 'em off.:Doh:if that fails, stick a dishcloth in.:thumb:

my mum-in-law has a 4inch long manual, hand cranked shredder, she sits for hours shredding her newspapers, old mags ect:Eeek:..........one page at a time:Eeek::Eeek:.
she really should get out more. :Rofl1::Rofl1:
