I agree. I dont think anyone cares, and why would they?We don’t bother with a UK or GB sticker. No-one cares.
I just knew somebody would ask...Okay where are the magnetic MHF stickers from ? Please
It's CyprusThe big UK sticker is only required for 3 EU countries. Spain, Malta and I forget what the third one is.
Do they tell you what the correct registration plate is though?Comfort Insurance website says separate sticker not required if you have the correct registration plate.
It made us smile and came at a bargain price direct from the DVLA a few years ago.Probably the only person in the world that can get M25 and FUN in close proximity too.
Aye but thats the uk government. Hoping to self promote.Whether you display one or not, officially the Gov says
UK stickers and number plates
From 28 September 2021, you need a UK sticker instead of a GB sticker.
If your number plate includes the UK identifier with the Union flag (also known as the Union Jack), you do not need a UK sticker.
However, you will need to display a UK sticker clearly on the rear of your vehicle if your number plate has any of the following:
If you’re in Spain, Cyprus or Malta, you must display a UK sticker no matter what is on your number plate.
- a GB identifier with the Union flag
- a Euro symbol
- a national flag of England, Scotland or Wales
- numbers and letters only – no flag or identifier
You do not need a UK sticker or number plate to drive in Ireland.
Isn’t it the required size from the government? Something about “our” sticker being bigger than everyone else’s?Is there a reason why folks opt for the gigantic UK stickers over something a little less in your face?

I made it - used a surplus magnetic GB sign and stuck my Funster badge on top - then very carefully cut the GB sign around the Funster badge! Took no more than a couple of minutes.
As a matter of fact, on further reflection, I realise I bought the magnetic GB sign for 99p delivered from eBay - more than 2 years ago, specially for the purpose!
Works a treat.
Wonder if I'm the only person in the world with a MAGNETIC Funster badge...?
