Hi Motorhomers,
I'm still getting used to the idiosyncrasies of my 61 plate Autotrail Dakota. Ive just been away for 5 nights. Every day I have travelled at least 40 miles a day until arriving at Beadnell CC site on Wednesday afternoon. Yesterday when I needed it to work the heater decided to give me the red light, it had worked fine until yesterday. The leisure battery also decided to let me know that it was very low. Being non technical because the leisure battery had no power could it not make the heater work ? Also I had not put any strain on the twin leisure batteries, also the days were quite bright and I assume the solar panel would have provided enough charge. The van is 10 years old but has only got 8500 miles on the clock and I think the batteries are probably original.
Thanks
Chris
