Thetford C260 - raising the height of the seat

Has anyone raised the seat height of the C260? Thetford sell a riser for the C200/C2/C3/C4 but apparently not the C260. Dealers I spoke with didn't even know they did them for the other models.
I am looking at some kind of seat adaptor but the aperture is round and so I am having trouble finding an off the shelf solution.

I have the opposite. Dometic toilet in a BURSTNER. Fitted by one of those tall Germans I suspect. My legs dangle when it's sitting down time.

I do have issues at some urinals as well

BUT. I have "special" extending hose for that. !!!

You can for C200/C2/C3/C4 but not for the C260 according to Thetford

The model number is defined by the colour of the "accents" on the Cassette unit. (mine are yellow C200). For which there is allegedly a Raiser.

To confirm this I have E-Mailed Thetford just now and hope I get a reply, as this is about to become an issue for us too.
