I'm beginning to feel sorry for the chippy.

I would imagine at the chippy they are rubbing their hands with glee at the prospect of a mega payday, it's the poor sods at the end of the queue getting cold fish & chip you need to feel sorry for.

When we had a really large order in a previous year they came in 2 or 3 batches. Some Funsters had very long faces when not enough to go around on the first delivery. Everyone was happy at the end though.

It averagely takes less than 5 minutes to hand them out, but as meanders said, sometimes they do two runs. This year I suspect it is likely to be at least three runs !!
