Rally Thetford Bash

For those who have been to Twin Lakes...Remember the Kangaroo Races? Well, now you have the chance to actually own one...GENUINE - ALL THE WAY FROM AUSTRALIA.
We will be holding the racing at this meet. Only £1 a race. Win the race and keep the winning Kangaroo. Races will be run until all the Kangaroos have a new home.
All monies raised go to JAW's Air Ambulance Charity.
Last chance to own something from us...ALL THE WAY FROM AUSTRALIA.:rofl::rofl:

Sounds interesting :smirk: and maybe a bit scary ;)

We are on our way via Morrison’s, see you this afternoon :)

I’m thinking I should already be worrying about these marsupials.........

Are we allowed to BBQ them?

Looking where the hook up is I’m glad I didn’t sell my extra cable

What’s the drop off for electric per metre anyone know :D

can you save a place buy the pub as I need to put my karaoke in please see you FRIDAY morning

Thanks @toledo :sun::sun:

So we’ve to sing and eat fish and chips while racing a kangaroo who’s on a moped? Is that right?

If anyone else is coming tonight, could you pop in an ETA please.

Thanks.

It depends on the conductor size and current drawn.

Just looked it up. If using 1.5mm conductors it's 29mV per amp-metre. Pulling 16 amps over 25 m, that's 11600mV or nearly 12v.

However, temperature, cables closely coiled and many other factors can affect this as it changes the inductance.

IMPORTANT.

We have an unbooked attendee on site that might just save your life. :hi:

@Jim has sent us with one of the Fun defibrillators. Hopefully never to be needed, but in our van next to @Jaws should there be any doubt. As we know from a couple of Bash meetings ago, it can take a long time to get help to the rally field.

Robin & Hilary in the tall but short Euramobil backing onto the containers.

Although the defibrillators talk you through what to do to use them, but in the heat of the moment and all that, if required Yvette is defibrillator trained.
Her mobile number is 07557 202482 and mine is 07811 001133.

Wow wasn’t expecting that.

Don’t think there will be any coiling involved I’m normally put as far away as possible from people so I can’t upset anyone :D

That's fine. I expect we will be about anyway.

You will be on the top field. If really late, suggest you go up and park yourselves. It is very noisy just by the road.;)
