I get something similar. Hope mine's not run out (wonder if that's why the wife was looking out the life insurance policy?)!

This probably user error / ignorance / blindness, but here goes anyway...

Can you please confirm how I select the 5 year renewal option?

I see this message under my currently active "Purchased Subscriptions" section:-

Get Five years of Fun for a paltry £55

However, under "Available Subscriptions" I see only the Life and 10 year subscription offers (in addition to the standard 1 year and 3 year options).

The issue is that 4 years ago you bought a 5 year subscription in the Xmas sales, so the system thinks you already have it. If you'd like to add 5 years to it, drop me a line

How do I find out when I am due to pay next year's subs?

If ever you are stuck with how something works on the forum. Navigate to the bottom right of any page and you’ll see a menu item marked Help/Support. Click on that and you’ll see a list of help topics and you can browse those. Or even better just start type a keyword into the big search box. By the time you have typed the fourth letter your answer will be presented.

In this case, search for the term SUBS and by the time you’ve typed the ‘S' you solution will be presented.
