Tam and Toby ~~ Hunting Zorba .....Take two.

If youre popping down towards Venice, there is a great walk round a town/village called Aiello del Friuli.

There are over 100 sundials of numerous different styles including sundials in the shade using mirrors and was fascinating walking round there. Worthy of a google on the images Broken Link Removed

Just hiked up to this wee chapel ....im so unfit ..... practically a vertical climb im knackered
When I was 19/20 I viewed the inside of churches and chapels 5 or 6 times a day and sometimes twice on a Saturday every week for a year..Never bother looking now unless it's something spectacular like Cordoba Santiago,,Cologne,Canterbury or Lincoln.BUSBY..😀

Were you an undertaker?

Or an altar boy?

Did you leave 'cos it was a dead end job?

Sorry, but someone had to ask.
No,he left coz he got the punters mixed up. Ended up with the bride marrying a stiff, and the dead guy going to the wedding. When the vicar asked “Does anyone know of any lawful impediment..........” the brides mother cried “yes,I do,he’s a bloody stiff” to which the vicar replied”You should be so lucky darling!”:ROFLMAO::LOL::rofl::rofl::giggle:

Wow what a fantastic view. Hope the cloud doesnt come down lower.

Looks like a great place for another uphill hike!

Do you put a peg on your water dump thingy or are you winterised so that’s not necessary?

Mine dumps anywhere between 4 and 6 degrees so I put a clip on it,not that we do a lot of cold weather trips.

You have missed out Durham Cathedral - not ornate but magnificent in its own way, with carved pillars.

It always touches me anyway.
