Swift (Spirit) Escape 664 re-call (1 Viewer)

Got letter from Swift this-morning re-calling my Escape (dealer special Sprit) solar panel could become detached and to check and put 2 extra mounting brackets on. Letter says they will be in contact with me to book a engineer that will come to my van and do. Rather than wait I've been waiting in a queue for 40 minutes so far to speak to them. We are going to France/Spain in July need this sorting before then. Worst time of year to do a re-call people either away or going away.

Got to say up to this re-call everything on my van has been fine.
