Weird weather here. It started with a red sun, now the sky is a sort of dusty dark beige colour. Really unusual. Praps it's the end of the world?

Yes quite expensive and fully booked weeks in advance.

Very windy here in South Wales ....it has blown all the leaves off the lawns though it's saved me a job.....only problem is that it's bin day tomorrow and we have to put the plastic bags of recycling out tonight and this wind isn't expected to abate until the early hours.

That's what I thought and being as we live at the top of a hill they could end up anywhere

Allegedly, the red sky is sand dust blown up from the Sahara desert.
You'll find out later when your van has taken on an orange red hue as the dust settles when the wind drops.

Quite Scary down here in Surrey, BBC weather forecast said Bright & Sunny all day with 20MPH winds, well thats a laugh, as there was no sun, just a weird coloured sky, no birds singing or flying, I was waiting for a tsunami, or maybe it is the end of the world! Sun is now trying to come out at last at 5PM but very strange light for mid day, early PM.

Perhaps he was trying to blow them back where they had come from! Something of a job creation scheme

Our next door neighbour had his blower out too ...think he may have been trying to blow them back to us as all ours blew out of our garden over the stream into theirs

It's feckin windy here .......Barkston Ash near Tadcaster. Parked up for the night. Quite an exposed car park but no trees to blow on us. Van creaking and rocking ........ which under normal circumstances would be a good sign
Hoping we get through the night unscathed. Too dangerous to move right now

Well I'm in Ayr and it's blowing a hoodie outside no rain yet but plenty of wind , thankfully I'm in the flat so nice and cosy anyone in there motorhomes take care x

we had the weird sky like sunset all day then late afternoon the wind picked up. nothing special or to heavy but for 5 minutes the wind shot up and sounded like a jet engine on takeoff. then back to breezy until it just stopped suddenly about 6.30. really weird
