In Portugal today. I didn't even realise it was not a commercial wagon until I saw the rear opened up.

All the solar panels give it away 🤷
 
Looks like a wheelchair or recumbent bike in the back with solar attached to it too..

Maybe not for the vertically challenged - thats one hell of a step up to get in the door!
 
We have one that parks up regularly in Hythe.

With the roller door at the back closed it looks like a regular truck. With it up there's a wall across the rear with a normal house front door. They even have a chimney that pops up through the roof when it's parked.

Currently it's off somewhere. Maybe I'll take a snap when it returns....
 
It's stealthy... But where are you going to be able to park it?
We see quite a few of these in France (where parking isnt used to fill the gaps in the councils abilities to manage money)

Unusual to see the taillift not being used, they frequently put a set of patio doors across the back and use the tail lift as a veranda.
