You won't believe this, well maybe.

In my RV I have a 4kw genny
In my garage I have 2 2.2kw gennys
In my garage I have a 6.0kw genny
In my garage I have a 1kw Honda genny

Any one want a genny ?? :rofl::rofl:

I went to the weigh bridge today fully loaded with water diesel and equipment ready for our 6 month trip away, we also had our honda goldwing in the garage with full servicing tools and a slate bed pool table in the games room / awning.
Now we came in 150 kgs under our plated weight, what size genny would you reccomend, considering the weight we have spare just in case we run out of leccy ?.
Many thanks for your suggestions
Andy.

The tin is silver and when running has flashing strobe lights so deaf owners are aware it's operating.
Aw now thats what lets it down i was looking for a red one.
Sorry mate,
Just as a matter of interest does the strobe light run off a battery or does it need a genny?

Good idea strobes.
The deaf can hate us too.
Also, consider fitting a leaky injector so it smokes..... that way the blind and deaf can still hate us !
Exhaust ? ..... get it off !

I have one of those single cylinder yamhar diesels coupled to an 8 KVA set..... the racket is something bloody awful, only runs if power cut and then it's in a shed that quells the noise.

Ah, now this thread seems a little more sociable. I'm looking to upgrade and have a 6kw perkins powered generator to sell or part ex, runs well once started, not to much black smoke, compression leaver sticks a bit and the kick back on the starting handle requires a gum shield if your reactions aren't to good. Will be running it at the next show/rally if I can be bothered to attend.

Spud, I noticed on the delivery note that you new genny is ready to be delivered to you mate...

See, all ready to go on the wagon..
