morning all, just a quickie, what is the best way to lubricate the b ox sections on a sliding table. Don't fancy WD 40. Barrie

Silicone spray? Or wax---beeswax or candle?

I used Silicone spray.

I used silicone grease - the kind used by plumbers to lubricate rubber sealing washers on waste pipe unions. Mine is also a Hymer sliding table with steel box sections containing a ball-bearing race on each side.
