Site Near Eccles

Hi , we want to visit our son at Eccles near Manchester and wondered if anybody can recommend a site near by or on the tram or train link. Cheers

Burrs country park, Bury, regular metro link into manchester, nice site with a pub, bus from nr site to station.

Another for Burrs , lovely site , use it all the time to go to gigs in Mancland

Thanks just checked out travel from there to Eccles and its 1.5 hrs on bus and tram. Think it might be as cheap and easier to stay at a premier inn or travel lodge for that part of town. Thanks again
