You are still coming don't worry, if Jan doesn't call give her a ring next weekWed/Thursday, we have plenty of time yet but I will balance my list against Jan's bookings in a couple of weeks and then we can chase up make sure nobody gets missed.

Hi , most of you will know the showground is a charity . They have suffered quite a lot of late what with having to repair and clean up after the floods and the lack of sales from their charity shops from not being open during the lockdowns .
I have been collecting bric a brac for them from time to time which they are very grateful for . I said I'd mention on here incase any funsters would like to donate any bric a brac and small items of furniture when you attend this meet . You would be more than welcome to do so .
Please note at this moment in time they unable to accept clothing . .
I will check with Jan nearer the time where they will want the items put on site on your arrival . It is usually at the office but I will confirm this nearer the time .

The reserve list keeps growing all the time, I won’t know exact numbers until I have cross referenced Jan’s list against interested parties on page 1 of this threads, if you can get in somewhere else you know where you are vs waiting with your fingers crossed.
