Once this Covid 19 thing is all over and done with...

And we get back to normal...
That will never happen to me... :giggler:

What are you most looking forwards to...

Me, I think just to meet up with old friends and give some a huge hug and a kiss (
Even some menfolk:Eeek::rofl:.),.. and have a good laugh..:hugs:

One day it will happen....

Work, well to be clear the travel my work brings.

I’m used to travelling the world and then doing something I love, then having some down time to effectively be a paid tourist

As a single man ... without being crude
Sex .... intimacy ...dating ..closeness

For all those complaining about lockdown but married etc

Spare a thought for the thousands of people who are single alone and trying to meet someone in their life ....
Its been a hard year

Slipping my boat in Weymouth mariner and heading out to the shambles and catching some fish
(y)
Do you know the ridge? Just out of the bay, Where sea floor suddenly drops? Not far from there there is a wreck, me bro in low caught the anchor bad with all sorts. We had to cut.

Seeing my children and grandchildren, getting out and about in the motohome, and hopefully being able to open the door and bob out for something without thinking. Meeting up with friends too and a good old party or BBQ.Family and friends are scattered so a good excuse for a trip out.

I miss having something to look forward to -big things like seeing grandkids and family/ birthdays with them; little things like popping to neighbours for a chat, future things like holidays. I miss my old life - never realised how lucky I was to have everyday freedoms.

there are a few in the area and not all safe to fish. There is one in Poole bay, a munitions ship from the war. too unstable to make safe and too big to do a controlled detonation. The local skippers know those wrecks well and wont allow anyone to fish them. People do though every year and lose anchors and endless loads of tackle

Back on topic, I miss the daughter and gremlins. And of course being out and about with good friends

I'll NOT miss seeing pics of my 2 yr old grandson in his hospital bed in the cancer ward at Southampton. I do miss giving him and the 3 other grandchildren especially bigger hugs than ever before (been saving them up since March!)

most of my fishing is done on the drift across the shambles and end of portland in the race after the bass, only ever lost 1 anchor out of Weymouth about 30 years ago a long story and frightening.

Just leading a normal life eg going shopping, going away in the motorhome, wandering casually into medical appointments with my husband and he with me, going to committee meetings of both things we're both on committees of, being able to make PLANS for anything.
