Schaudt control problem (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone
I have a problem with my schaudt dt220 control panel
It won’t let me switch on the water pump although I do have 50% full water tank

What precisely do you mean by: 'it won't let me' ?
A bit more info needed.
E.g.
Are you on EHU?
If not, is the hab battery(ies) charged/switched on?
Does other 12v equipment work?

Hi spriddler
When I push the ok button after going into the water tank status it should then turn on the pump and the tap icon should appear
But no icon snd no water pump activated
