well talk about eventful
massive head winds, fuel economy crap, fridge died, blah blah blah...
Got on site and it aint stopped raining for more than 10 minutes, its cold, ( but warmer than the UK ! )
Got plotted up and got caterpillars so had to call out the men in black.. Turned up this morning, climbed up the tree, hacked at branches, dropped one that has put a small hole in the bloody awning.
More rain, and now we are swamp bound !!!

And a tip for you.. NEVER park up under power lines at aires.. Rain collected on them and dropped in BIG blobs.. kept me awake all damned night !!

Good news, the fridge suddenly burst in to life !!!!

Sun is shining here in Cornwall. Bucketing down fifteen minutes ago as well. Typical British weather, but we must venture out to the shops - forgot the dog food!

I'm just jealous. On our Spanish trip last September we had some wet days but I could still and did wear shorts.

I could probably put some shorts on now but that would be down to the Webasto dual top!
 
Today was lovely !
Not quite lovely enough for the top on the car to come down but not too bad :-)
Went over to the bungalow everyone uses to store stuff in to collect my drum of coax.
Apparently someone decided they could give it a better home than I could offer.. Oh well (n):(

Got the flags up, ( 2 x Fun, one large shark and an Andalucia flag :-) )
Also got the fairy lights up

Off to Barbate tomorrow to try and buy a longer gas pigtail. Why ?
Would you believe the IDIOT designers at Autotrail put the middle of door to the gas locker bang in line with the end of the awning ( so bang in line with the end wall of the safari room )
Sooooo.. It is either take the back end of the safari room down every time we want to change our Spanish bottle, or fit a longer pig tail to the regulator so I can place the bottle on the floor outside the locker...

forecast for benidorm around 13 deg C?..is that warm. Night time temps not much better than london:(
