*£7,490 OR NEAR OFFER*

This auction is for a:

RARE AUTOMATIC 2.5L 100TD FORD TRANSIT DUETTO AUTOSLEEPER CAMPERVAN - N’ REG (1995).

We have owned the Van Since 2017 and in that time it has driven us far afield as Greece (Peloponnese), Over the Swiss Alps (Furka & Gothard Pass), Sardinia, Croatia, Hungary, Albania, Germany, etc., and even the very top of mainland Scotland plus many more awesome places. Since owning this Van it has never failed to start or get us to our attended destination - I can't stress enough how much of a reliable Van its been for us, great for travelling at home or abroad.

The Van has only driven 104,329 miles and has plenty more to give. The company Autosleepers are Campervan conversion professionals who have spared no expense with this Van. It has everything you would expect to find in a small apartment, yet it is only 5.5m long x 2.1m wide and 2.7m tall. It comfortably fits a 6ft tall person standing or laying down. The type of luxuries you can find with this Van are as follows:

Long MOT - next due February 2020.

Recent oil, fuel and air filter change including the Serpentine belt.

New carpet.

12v, Gas & 240v Domestic Fridge and Freezer

Gas Oven including 2 stove ring hob top.

Kitchen sink with running hot and cold water.

Separate bathroom with:

‘Shower with running hot and cold water.

Cassette toilet with flushing water.

‘Bathroom sink with running hot and cold water.

Retractable canopy / awning with winder and additional support bracket.

Fresh water tank 72.5 litre (mounted underneath).

Grey water tank 70 litre (mounted underneath).

240v plug in including 240v sockets.

12v Leisure battery.

Solar panel with battery meter display.

12v light system.

Water level meter.

Lockable Safe - easily able to put a laptop, cameras etc! Very handy.

2 set of keys plus red master key.

Propane gas bottle and Butane gas bottle w/ adapters.

3 seat belts.

Fold and slide out bed/couch with additional cushions.

Small and large detachable tables with leg support.

Curtains, fly screens and blinds.

Propex heater.

Plenty of storage.

JVC bluetooth, USB, CD and Aux Stereo player.

Tow bar.

Power Steering.

We also have the original Auto-Sleeper manuals and operation manual including most if not all of the previous paperwork of work done on the Van in the past.

Genuine reason for sale - we are moving back to New Zealand.

As we have used this Van to tour Europe and UK it will come with all the necessary items to make you completely able to drive away to Europe today!

These items include:

Hook up cable (EHU) 3pin with EU and UK basic plug adapters.

AA travel abroad legal kit.

Complete set of Winter tyres (currently fitted).

Complete set of Summer tyres (in storage).

Spare tyre (underneath the van).

2 x Snow chains.

Immobiliser wheel lock.

2 x Gas bottles - 1 propane, 1 butane both with adapters.

Jump Start Cables - large.

Car jack.

Diesel container.

GB magnetic sticker.

2 x Camping Chairs.

Camping Mat.

Toilet blue.

Camping cups, plates and bowls.

External gas cooker.

First aid kit,

Motor oil and other fluids

Please remember while this Van is in good condition, it does come with some wear and tear as would be expected from a used older Van (1995). In addition to this it is worth noting that the Van has some old water marks in he cupboard above and slightly behind the drivers head.

The Van is sold as is with no implied warranty or guarantee for the Van or accessories sold with.

We can drive deliver the Van to the nearest town near you on Mainland United Kingdom at the buyers expense. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for vehicle collection or delivery.

If you would like to view the Van please arrange it with us within the auction time frame.

The millage recorded above is accurate at the time of listing, this is expected to be slightly different at the point of sale due to the Van being driven.

No return policy with the Van.

If you would like the Van delivered, money will need to be transferred before delivery can be made.

Otherwise happy bidding everyone and i hope you get us much joy out of it as we did.

We would drive it back to New Zealand if we could.

Cheers!

Great looking van. But I don't understand why people have auctions with a starting price very close to the buy it now price, I would have had it as a classified ad and when people come and look they might knock you down a little. Someone enlighten me?

Ebay has a culture of wait to the last minute to place a bid. With the Buy Now and Starting Price both being what we think is a fair price range for the Van, why risk the last minute bid when someone may click Buy Now. We probably would sit on a classified approach but the NZ summer is calling us (Feb is the best time).

You'll also know then that she keeps on going as well! haha.

Cheers and not to worry we still have plenty of videos yet to get out and we have a few plans to keep them going once back in NZ.

Cheers again,
Dylan

We would drive it back to New Zealand if we could.

I’m surprised you haven’t tried....:D

Loved the videos and we did Croatia on the strength of your blog....

Loved the music too...(y)

Good luck:)

Across land would have taken too long but there was a thought to turn Nelly into an amphibious vehicle and sail her there haha.

Awesome, did you enjoy it at all?

Finding music takes incrediblly long but worth the struggle at the end I think.

Cheers

Really enjoyed your adventures around Europe.
Good luck on your return to NZ.

Thanks for following along! There's still more videos yet to come of Europe as we get up to date!
Cheers, Dyl.

Nelly is part of your life history now, surely you can't sell the old girl after all you 3 have been through, why not start a crowdfunder & ship her back to N.Z. ? :)

We loved your videos of your European travels (y)

We would if we could!
Unfortunately for us the savings after a 2 year stint is drying out and even with a crowdfunding mission we think we would still come up short.
But we're hopeful the money from Nelly should allow us to continue the adventures in NZ. Woop Woop!
Thanks mate!

Enjoyed your adventures ,and I do like the older Trannies (no not them )
Have you thought of advertising also in NZ or Aus ?
there could be another adventurer traveling this way .
Like you say fleabay and old motors is a bitch .
Good luck with the sale

you used to see motorhomes for sale near the austrailan embassy. young folk would buy them, use them for their tour then return and sell to the next lucky owner. then ebay happened

Haha glad you enjoyed them! We still have plenty more to get out once we have a bit of time up our sleeves.

No not yet, but if it doesn't sell this time round i might start advertising towards the kiwi / kangaroo crowd.

Cheers!

That sounds a lot more simpler and potentially a much better way to ensure they keep getting the most use as possible. How long ago was this?

not heard about anyone doing this for a few years. would be difficult and expensive with the congestion charges in London now, Maybe its still happening but outside London somewhere

Or a site / notice board specific that kiwis etc look at for sale on YouTube as well as other free sites flexability in price also helps .
Normally I use a classified with offers ,then set perameters to accept or auto reject

Those charges will get yah! thats for sure. Potentially either way Ebay and the like seem to still reach enough people

Potentially! but hopefully she'll have a new owner come this weekend - she's still a fine travelling van with plenty left in her yet.
