No e mails on Android (1 Viewer)

Help please, my e mails come through a Hotmail (outlook) account.
Yesterday they stopped completely on my samsung tablet, although still working OK on my old laptop.
I tried Mrs E tablet also not working.
When I open Hotmail I get the home page showing Inbox Deleted Sent etc but absolutely nothing there, clicking on headings , nothing happens.
Any ideas please ?

My Hotmail account is working ok on my iPad and iPhone. Sorry I haven’t got any Android devices to try. Have you tried a full shut down and reboot of the devices?

Try setting up Hotmail through your email client on your phone that's, how I run my Gmail email account, that would bypass any browser problems.

I read it that Euromobile emails have disappeared from outlook not just the app. That would suggest a call to the outlook help desk.

He said it's okay on his laptop so appears to be an Android issue.

First thing I'd try is either deleting and reinstalling the app or updating it.

Email stopped working on one device: try put back in the account credentials for that device’s email app.

Isn’t there an error message? Like “cannot reach server”?
