I am a newbie
Hello everybody just bought our 1st motor home it's a 1997 Peugeot Autohomes Wanderer can anyone help me?
On the 12v control panel there is a rocker switch marked Engine Battery/ Aux Battery. Do I switch to engine battery when I'm driving and aux when I'm on hook up.
Also do I run my water pump all the time or only when needed.
Sure I'll have some other daft questions later on. Thanks in anticipation

The rocker switch is too show you what voltage there is on each battery, doesn't matter which way you have the switch.
I leave the water pump live whilst in the MH, turn off if out or overnight, if a leak occured the pump would just keep running until tank was empty.

Just saying hello and welcome.

Can't help with your specific queries..... we switch the water pump off when we don't need it ;)

Hi and welcome I don't have an answer to your question but I'm sure someone will be along soon who does good luck and enjoy your Motorhome.

Hello & Welcome to Fun :welc:

Eyup! In mine there is a rocker switch in the panel, it's just to give guide to what charge the batteries have. Mine returns to the center when I let go.

Hi and welcome
re the water pump When you 1st turn on a tap it'll make sure the boiler is filled before reaching the taps
