I have been lucky enough that every motorhome/campervan I've had has been stored at home but next year that will change.
I sometimes plan holidays a year in advance but also come home from work mid week and just go so........
I have tried to compile a future problem list of having my van in storage, 2023 should be ok with some driveway surfing so it's not mega urgent (yet) but....

In storage....

There may be access time restrictions
There may be access day restrictions
I cant do repair/accessory work on it
I cant wash it
I may not be able to leave lpg in it
Insurance may not be happy where it is
It could be miles away

Is there anything I've missed that I need to check when looking for storage?

Only issue I have out of them is not being g able to wash it at the storage. Although some facilities do have that facility.

The rest don’t apply. It is a gold standard secure facility though.

Rodents ate my fuel pipe when mine was in the countryside storage yard! It’s safer on my driveway.

Lpg? Worried about theft or local rules? None of the storage facilities I've used had an issue but that would be a real pain.

1. 7 to 7 at ours , other access can be arranged with prior notice
2. None at ours
3. Yes at ours
4. Nope not at ours
5. Yes LPG is allowed .
6. Yes they are at ours
7. 8 miles away , I cycle to ours most times .

Wouldnt have any problems with any of your list apart from being unable to wash it. As I do this once a year at most, wether it needs it or not its therefore not a problem.

(As an aside, I wouldn't put too much faith in the storage facility being CASSOA Gold standard. Our van was on of 3 broken into in a Gold site. Turned out it wasn't inspected and hadn't got a night security guard although it's website claimed it had.)

There may be access time restrictions - yes at my storage but if you need access out of hours you move van to car park just outside main storage but still behind gate and cameras.
There may be access day restrictions - yes 10-5 at my store.
I cant do repair/accessory work on it - can work on car park or a dedicated area with water and power socket.
I cant wash it - dedicated wash bay and hose with brush.
I may not be able to leave lpg in it - not a problem and my storage and I hold 250 litres !!
Insurance may not be happy where it is - often cheaper in storage.
It could be miles away - pot luck, I can drive to mine in ten minutes
