Would a mandatory code of conduct for Motorhome Hire Companies do any good? Would idiots like this read it?

Motorhome hirer's can't be doing the motorhomer image any good at all. What if anything can we do?

Until now I presumed this kind of thing was an urban myth . Like you I wouldn’t have believed it until they were stupid enough to publish it on the internet for the world to see . My 3 year old is more grown up than these Neanderthals .

Likewise. I always fancied a canal boat for summer and motorhome abroad for winter, been having stayed near canals and walked along them with my dogs, there seems to be a very similar thing going on, put me right off. The dogs thought it was great, the seem to love human po.......

1. Heavy fines for hirers and hire companies.

2.Education. Hirers should be educated. They should have to explain to hirers what their responsibilities are.

However,as 80% of the population are thick,don’t hold your breath!

not sure if its legit emptying of cassette or not, but i guess that matters not as joe public will believe it.

There are idiots everywhere. While we were in Porto, March last year I saw this guy from a Portuguese rental van emptying his cassette into the river mid morning!

I believe that both the Police and SEPA have been provided copies of the video.

This has been all over the various NC500 FB pages and the individuals have all been identified. It seems that they have all shut down their various social media accounts.

Suspect this is a stunt

There is some suggestion (on various FB pages) that it may have been a stunt to further enhance there reputation as ‘influencers’. They apparently have their own ‘TV’ channel.

When I tip mine it comes out blue or green depending on additive so could be a yellow one and the very fact it looks as if they’re dumping anyone seeing it would know no different.

Bunch of idiots. Regardless as to whether if its a prank, any member of the public would thing it was genuine. As for the guy in Porto, the guy watching him should have stuck is boot up his A*** and sent him in the drink along with the contents of his cassette.
