Modifications / Upgrades does add value on resale or trade in ?

Thinking about a few mods to our mh - Air Suspension, underslung LPG tank plus few others do these add values when looking at trading in down the line ?

You'll never get back in trade in what it all cost to fit.
It will however increase the dealers windscreen price.
Buying dealer sees it as unnessecary, selling dealer sees it as a bonus.
