model number off fridge

Just seeing if anyone can help. having a few problems with my dometec fridge freezer, and dont have any user manuals for it. Can anyone tell me which model it is please or know were I can download a user manual

There should be a sticker usually inside at the back with model number
Dometic website should have manuals to download

Fridge freezer problem.

Fridge / freezer problem :( Been great since we bought the Burstner elegance i800 (2014) back in May. Was impressed with how cold things were after the rubbish fridge we had in the Autotrail. Worked fine 3 days ago in the hot weather.. been turned off for 2 days. Started back up on gas today...

checked can find a sticker but just found out its a RM4505 thanks for your reply
