Just checked with Jack at the Rugby club re Bar opening times for the Epsom Derby on Saturday 3rd
Here's his reply.

Hi Jude,
Saturday the bar normally opens about 4.00pm but I'm sure we can arrange an earlier opening time.

Also the players are arranging some sort of fancy dress sports day on one of the Saturday afternoons which may provide some additional entertainment or you may prefer to get as far away as possible!!

Love this organising lark earlier it was different scone , jam and cream tasting,
this week it's wine and different cheeses
all for your delectation you understand

Don't do cheese so I will have more wine then.
I am going to Costco on my way do you need ,e to bring anything.
500 ml bottles of water are about £3.30 ish for 36 as I am in the motorhome don't mind going if any are needed.
