So sorry to hear about Sian, what a kick in the teeth. I hope she gets well soon, it was so lovely to catch up with her at the show. I know your trip to Germany pales into insignificance after Katie’s wonderful news but it’s a bugger all the same.

presumably contracted this bug at Malvern.
Been thinking about this, Would it really have showed its ugly head so quickly? We are now doing covid tests but so far negative but according to info its still too soon to notice.

Sometimes it’s very quick.

My wife (double jabbed) caught it straight away off my daughter and they showed symptoms on the same day. Daughter seems to have caught it the day before on public transport or at a theme park.

Jim i reckon you're only bothered about missing out on the currywurst really, come on admit it:LOL:

I got to the tunnel on Wednesday and had to turn back (long story) so know how you feel:cry:

Anyway planning is often better than the event itself.....

Germany ain't going anywhere, better to postpone and go when you are all well enough to really enjoy.

🤞 for a quick recovery.

While I can understand your frustration, I am concerned for Katie if you have Covid in the house. Are you having to isolate Sian from her?

Long time
If Sian has a positive test she has to isolate!
Isolate means keep away from all the family, especially Katie!
Keep your chin up Sian hopefully it will go quick!
