Yes they said it was down to Hymer parts and workshop time. At the end of the day this should have been put right before we took delivery from new but as soon as we contacted Hymer direct, thanks to @Detnor for the names things moved quite quickly.

I had trouble with them when I purchased from them. Took it back once. Needed to go back in again. It was a six week wait for an appointment.
Found another Swift dealer who took on the warranty 20 miles from me,Saved me a 240 round trip.
Would never use them again.
