5 years, feel free to ask me about the Carado!!
We are planning on going for a few months next year. We were thinking of May, June and July.

Anyone think those months are good or when would be better?
Went In may, less moho traffic around and easier to wild camp.

Loved it.

Fuel is no problem, we found it the same price or maybe a tad dearer than UK.

Refillable LPG is a bit rare though - you probably have to go looking, we used mylpg app.

On and off for many years.
Kayaks almost essential equipment :)

We've kayaked in some of the more southern fjords and also done white water rafting on glacier melt where I demonstrated the art of falling in and rescue. Luckily I was attired in my dry suit so came out warm and laughing at my fellow rafters reactions. They were grateful further on when the other rafts had to practice rescue and we had already done it.

It is possible to hire kayaks and equipment at some tourist information stops as well as commercial hire places - and not overly expensive from tourist info.
