Lighting under the Motorhome, anyone fitted it?

I was in France and had been at the beach, came back and there was a couple with a car and very small tent on a huge pitch next to me, they were foreign........

Surely if you were in France, you were Foreign too?

As well as the full lighting rig under the motorhome what you really need is a massive sound system !

You could fit some seriously big speakers in the rear garage, the bed above makes a great damper, which would mean that sub-whoofer, if angled downwards, could produce really deep base, we could be talking fracking level earthquakes!

Whilst it would obviosly be great for Thrash Metal music, which might be popular in a German campsite, to really get down with the English kids on the campsite I'd reccomend playing Drill Rap music.

Jus' crank it up to 11!

?. I was in the shop only today planning it with the audio specialist, we are deciding where to put the sub woofers as they take up quite a bit of space, these are the options he showed me, we will rip out all the existing speakers and get amps put in, it will be Wi-Fi controlled so can turn it on from anywhere in the world, would scare the sh!t out of a thief as getting it connected to the alarm ? if anyone uses any of these would be interested to know, Fusion is looking favourite ?

Ok if you like that sort of thing, but probably ok in Florida....

I assume from your picture, you lent them your boat?.

I just got a google image of a boat with underwater lights, I’m afraid I don’t have a helicopter to film mine ?

Just what I’m looking for, want ones that are wifi, colour changing and sound activated, going to link them to my alarm ?. Thanks for sharing ?

I think it would look absolutely fabulous (y) - and so classy :)! Go for it, the more lights the better. Everyone who sees you will be so envious !
What is there to be envious about a £5 set of lights, I don’t understand unless it’s envious they didn’t think of doing something a little different ?

Sometimes it’s good to be different and not just follow like a sheep ?, but I guess that takes initiative and thinking outside the box that some may not be able to do ?

You got a swift so need lights underneath to be able to mend it with all the weight going to be in it with awning, lights, blown air bags, chaffed air lines etc.

The Chassis isn’t Swift so no idea what your rambling on about ?

I’m struggling to find present for my new Motorhome but came up with a great idea, my boat has underwater lighting which looks great at night, you can see the fish and it looks really snazzy, I was wondering if I should fit a system under my Motorhome that would work remotely with my phone, we have the Hue system with coloured lights through our home and garden maybe I could fit them for when on EHU or go for a 12v version, I’m sure with the correct Hue and light positioning it could make you look as if you are floating on air, you never know if cameras were fitted you could maybe see some small animals ?

I guess I could fit marine underwater lights as they are built for a tough environment, would just like ideas and experience from those of you that already have them fitted. Thanks

Nice boat. Is it yours?

Last weekend in the day-night race at Donnington and we were required to have lights shining on the car number on the door panels. I bought magnetic LED lights on fleabay for £2.40 each they were remarkably effective. They ran on AAA batteries and I couldn't get them to switch on from phone, but pressing the buttons worked?

No I don’t have a helicopter to take pics with, it’s just a google image of a boat with underwater lights ?

I am now 100% convinced this OP is really Jim trying to liven things up and lighten things up.
The Op only uses his MH for one trip to the SoF once a year, has four boats, undersea lighting.
Now looking to do the same to MH.Time for me to hit the ignore button as suggested some time ago by OP.
Life is too short to keep reading this.

Nah! 596 was posting earlier today when England were playing. There is no way Jim wouldn’t be glued to the telly while the match was on. ?

I’d go for the marine underwater lights, you will need them with a Swift once it starts to leak:LOL:
