Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I just read a forum about changing the lighting to LED`s. Does this mean that even when on an ehu the voltage to the lights is still 12v, cos I`m sure that 12v leds will not work thru 240v without a special transformer

IMO No question on motorhome fun is stupid.
Every question will help someone to understand there motorhome beter.

I had a caravan that had a couple of 240v light fittings as well, think a lot of the newer vans are 12v but that's why I said check to just be on the safe side as the OP didn't say how old the van wasActualy my Auto-sleeper Pescara had one light fitting in the middle of the motorhome that was 240 so just be aware
