Any campsite recommendations please, will be there in a few days.
I Heard Cappachini and Butterfly praised before but there are so many to choose from it`s a bit mind boggling
Thanks

Camping Cappuccini is great.

It's just about the only big campsite anywhere in the world I've willingly visited more than once and would willingly visit again.

You might be OK just turning up at this time of year. Much later than this and forget it though. It's probably worth a phone call either way. If your Italian isn't great ask for Sabine, she speaks good English.

Avoid Bella Italia like the plague. It's enormous and reminds me of Butlins in the early 80s.

If you get stuck there's a big Sosta (aire) in Peschiera del Garda. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@45.4395854,10.6844977,628m/data=!3m1!1e3

Camping Baia Verde lake Garda, excellent site, good all round facilities, great pool with rooftop Jacuzzi! Really big pitches with plenty of room to site your unit. Don't just go for the big lakes try some of the really beautiful smaller ones like Lake Iseo.
