Suppose you have no electric, no gas oven, no open fire or BBQ, how will you cook a Jacket spud?

But what are you going to heat it with ?.....a big magnifying glass !Pub sounds good.
I know you can get a proper Dutch oven but can you use a heavy pan (cast iron) with lid, does it need a diffuser under it?

About 6 hours. I rub with oil and salt (or salt substitute). It's amazing what you can do in a slow cooker but get one that doesn't need liquid in it. I've baked cakes and bread in mine...... about two hours for each but it needs trial and error to get right!Interesting ... how long do they take?
If you are going to use an inverter, I would think a small microwave would be as good as owt, I know t says no bbq but you could get a disposable one , plenty good enough for a couple of tatas

Or down your trousers but be careful when you adjust the position to get it evenly cooked and remove before heating to crisp the outsideWrap it in silver foil then walk around all day with it under your arm.
Basically a crappy upside down frying pan with slots cut in it and a lid ... according to the reviews it burns the outside and the inside isn't cooked properly ... if you used it with a diffuser underneath though to prevent the direct heat getting through it would probably work.
