As MFG have said they are removing LPG from forecourts I fear this isn't going to be good for us

MFG reveals it is pulling out of auto-LPG because it is no longer commercially viable

MFG has told competition authorities that supplying auto-LPG is no longer commercially viable and it plans to remove it from all its sites by 2024.

None of our local Morrisons sell LPG, I think Crewe was the nearest when I last looked.
I always use Dave Smithson for local fills. He tells me he has no plans to stop selling it as he has a healthy demand from his customers

Go North Figaro, Knutsford Services were always surprisingly cheap, haven't used them in a while though. Go South, come off the M6 at J12 and take the road towards M54 J1, signposted Telford - before you get to the M54 there is a petrol station to the right, it's the only one on the right, they're always cheap for LPG. Turn left onto the M54 and you're straight back on the M6 again.

That'll be Gailey Bridge Services, used them once quite some time ago. Their LPG is currently .99 ppl which is the same as Dave Smithson.

M6 Knutsford no longer has LPG. M6 Keele has the pumps but it is not functioning.

No, Gailey Bridge is the BP from memory? That's off J13. This is off J12, it's very close to the M54 junction, next to what was (it's now shut) the Red, White & Blue pub.

I had 6 LPG pumps within 4 miles.Now there is 1,and that is Morrisons.Are dealers still fitting underslung tanks?Where do they suppose we are going to fill them up?

You don't need any close by...
Top up when you do pass one...
There will always be somewhere..
We always fill up on way home so tank full for next trip..
Ps we also now only have one nearish...
But that is 20miles away...

Called at Morrisons Ipswich today, plenty of LPG, but now power to any of the pumps. Closed off the forecourt as we left. Had a short detour to Co-Op garage in Framingham where there was LPG @ £0.89ltr.

I spoke to Marquis who installed their own pump. They provide a full tank of lpg with one of the brands they sell. He said they were travelling so far (time and distance) to fill each one that it made sense to fit their own pump and also sell to other motorhomers.

wow, that's a good price. Our local esso garage has just risen price from 99p to £1.09

It's worth looking outside the box. There are several Film location Facilities near us, and when we had the RV used one of them. They have lpg for their own fleet of hire RVs.
I believe there are still some taxi firms that have lpg pumps.

Tried to fill in asda at york on saturday, the lady in the kiosk said they have not had lpg since November and probably wont get any more as they are going to pay at the pump completley, on the plus side morrisons at borough bridge have it, for now !
