I got my hands on a cheap lithium battery and have a 200w mono solar panel, Ive fitted them all in my garage with an old 2000/4000 inverter to make use of them for lighting and charging my tools, plus Ive patched through to the adjoinig garage where the gym equipment and machines are is I never use :roflmto: , but my sons do.

Anyway, this all works fine via my inverter and 200ah battery BUT, Im sick of em leaving the invertor switched on when they use the gym ?

is there a timer maybe or some type of thing I could plug in that once they power it on via the remote cable switch it would auto shut off after say 30 mins or whatever.
Thanks

Stop them using the gym and explain why.
They may take notice then.

Easy enough to fit a timer AFTER the inverter but I don't think it would be possible BEFORE the inverter due to the amps a timer would need to carry.
