For some time now I've been meaning to do something about the front suspension as it sits very low on the front and potholes now have to be avoided. 2002 Hymer B694G on Fiat 2.8 JTD 5000kgs gross weight and running at 4500kgs or more most of the time.
So I know a few on here have had this done so need advice on where to buy replacement springs and top plates, the guys who do my work can fit easily as they specialise in HGVs.
Thanks guys.

Thanks guys just the info I wanted, be on the phone Monday morning see what I can get sorted.
Need to do something before I go skiing (if it ever snows) as it'll be bloody difficult to get the chains on now its so low. (y)(y)

Best upgrade I've had, transformed the ride completely.

Did you have them done at Conrad Anderson or do them yourself?? thinking at £240.00 might be worth getting them to do it.

Euro Car Parts can supply heavy duty coil springs and top mounts. On a 12 year old vehicle its probably worth replacing the struts as well. Its a job we've done several times and it makes a marked improvement to roadholding and drive comfort. Standard coils have a wire thickness of 19mm, heavy duty is 21mm.

They did it. I stayed the night before at Chapel lane CC.
Fitting for A class was more expensive due to taking longer because of access only on one side.
Lunarman had his A class done there

Good advice from Dave and nearer you too?

There is a camp site within a couple hundred metres of Dave's workshop and I would recommend it. Clean and quiet and a half decent pub/restaurant with a couple hundred yards. Down the access drive and turn left. (y)
