Haverfordwest - where to stay?

My son and family are moving to Haverfordwest and we intend to be frequent visitors in our van Boris! Can anyone recommend places to park up, either sites or wild in the vicinity as not possible to park up outside thir new home. Many thanks in anticipation.

there is a show ground and air field close by that "might"! be a possibility, but dont know the immediate area well enough. sorry

Newgale. Beside the sea, two campsites, the most convenient of which is behind the beach's pebble bank with a pub next door, but their EHU is limited and expensive.

A little way back up the road towards Haverfordwest are a couple of wide lay-bys that I've seen people overnighting in but I'm not sure what the local rules and regs are.

I've also seen campers overnighting in the neighboring Duke of Edinburgh pub car park for a certain fee but don't know the exact details there. We've not been for a couple of years.

When going to Ireland we have used
