I want to install an Inkbird thermostat to control the temperature in the Techtower but am struggling to find a way to feed the sensor wire out of the fridge cabinet to the rear access area.

Thought perhaps the drain tube might be the way but no go there. Is it possible to feed it alongside the original fridge sensor wire or is it necessary to drill a hole through the fridge was and then seal with silicone.

If anyone has already done this successfully I would appreciate their words of wisdom on the subject.

I fitted a thermometer with remote probe on my last van. There was plenty of room alongside the existing thermostat capillary so no need to drill holes.
