Euro cover for larger vans - Rapido a class - 4200 kg

I have looked at a lot of discussions on this and haven’t come up with any stand alone cover for Europe for heavier vans - I have eu cover as part of my van insurance but now read I only get 60 days within a year which I have already used - they can’t/ won’t extend the period - van weight seems the main issue but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated
 
Nationwide Flex Plus account seemed to cover my 4.25t Rapido for 90 days EU and full UK but I got tired of checking all the small print from all the breakdown companies and just thought s0d 1t and opened the account anyway.
 
I have just had a quick look at flex plus and it clearly states vehicles up to 3.5 ton max!
 
We are with Comfort Insurance and their add on breakdown cover is 365 days max trip length 90 days.

You are looking at the wrong section Motorhomes its up to 7.5t.

Many thanks for that Lenny I got the wrong line so Nationwide could certaonly be an option

I don’t think you can by through Comfort just breakdown cover or can you
 
Another vote for the Flex cover, have used them twice in the MOHO, and very quick service.
 
I can recommend the Comfort add on breakdown cover, however it only comes with their insurance.

My van when towing the bike is over 8m so Nationwide won’t work for us - any other options on stand alone eu breakdown cover for larger units

Is the limit just the van, or with bike racks etc? I would assume overall length including racks but not trailers?

Ours is 8.5m and 5t so we have had to use rac.
 
I have just spoken to Saga and they have quoted me £115 for 12 mths eu and uk breakdown cover with no limit on time in Europe and no restrictions on van weight, length etc
