A bit long and complicated. We sent our eleckroblock 213 from our Hymer B674 off for repair to display panel. Glenn refitted it and the display panel is working fine but it is showing error E215.
We are on a site and have plugged into hook up but none of our 240 sockets are working. We're not sure if anything is going on with our inverter, not sure if that's even got anything to do with it. We have reset the elecktrobloc a few times. As you can probably tell we haven't a clue what we're doing but need help so would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi. Not familiar with your system but are there any circuit breakers for your 240 system? Is your fridge in 240, 12 or gas? Hope you get resolution soon.

Thanks
The fridge is on electric and working fine.

Not really sure what this means but if its the trip switch it hasn't tripped.
Yes, the trips in the van, not at the HU post.... Possibly one for fridge, one for charger and one for sockets plus the main switch which is OK as the fridge works.

Fridge working fine in 240 seems to indicate that ehu is working. Hopefully someone with experience of your power supply unit will be along soon. Sounds like a fuse, breaker or similar.

Everything is in the on position. I have been googling to find out what error E215 means but can't find it anywhere. I was hoping someone on here may know.

Have you got separate trips/mcb's for the inverter? I recently had a similar problem and that's where I found it. At first I didn't give the inverter trips a thought but for some reason some of our 230v is routed through the inverter.

Your Electroblock is totally different from most EBL models, in that it has several 'bus' connections going to several units distributed throughout the MH. However I think that is not relevant to your problem. The only connection the EBL has with the 240V is the input to the battery charger. It doesn't control any 240V circuits. If you're not sure, you could pull put the 240V plug in the front of the EBL, it will then have no possible connection with the 240V.

As others have said, first check the box where the mains comes in. There will be a 'main switch', and some other switches that supply different mains circuits. Check that all these switches are ON (UP = ON).

Hi thanks for this having looked about on line I have found out that the sockets go through the inverter. So I definitely think that's the problem. I have no idea where to find a trip switch for it. Its a Waeco. Do you know where I can find it?

Just a thought, are you sure the fridge is working? The light inside and the control panel are 12volt so they will still work if there's no mains power. Have you checked the bollard isn't tripped?

If your inverter feeds all the 220v sockets it probably needs to be switched on for the sockets to work, even on EHU

Fridge working fine in 240 seems to indicate that ehu is working.
Also the fridge is often wired so that it doesn't work from the inverter - it's a non-inverter load like the battery charger. That might explain why it's working but the rest of the sockets are not working.

There is presumably an auto-changeover relay to switch between hookup power and inverter power. I don't know if it's built into the Waeco inverter or if it's a separate box.

Thanks everyone. The ehu hasn't tripped. I think it's to do with the inverter. If icantremember is right it has probably tripped. But I can't see a reset button for it. Reading the manual now.

Ours is manual changeover. If it's on 'inverter' it would give the same symptoms as the ops 👍
There is a box next to the inverter with switches on like trip switches. I don't know what it's for but they are all on.

I can't take a very good picture because it's half under the floor.

When I had my Waco the trip button was at the back, the other end in your photo..👍🏼
I think it's there too. But it's impossible to reach as the back of it is under the floor and it's screwed down.

Getting there..
It must come out, try undoing that screw on the side of it and it might slide along enough to get to the back…. It went in so has to come out..😊

I think the white box half hidden above the inverter contains mcb's similar to my setup, and this is where mine had tripped. good luck!

We managed to get to the fuse at the back but it hasn't sorted the problem I've really had enough for today and need a stiff drink. Think we'll leave it for tomorrow. It might someone who knows what they're doing to sort it out. Thanks for all your help. I'll let you know how we get on.

Just looking online, one thread suggested that on your type of Electroblock you may need to start the engine to get rid of this error. No idea why this should be the case but maybe the D+ signal from the engine running resets the unit? Worth a go anyway:)
