Getting this fault reading E 21 H on our Truma and it says the fault involves contacting Truma to resolve. Has anyone had this problem and if so how was it resolved.

No attempt to start at all. Heating doesn’t fire up and the fan does not start at all.

Shame. Just wondered as I had this issue.
On mine I switched the boiler off, then pulled the fuse for the control panel to kill it completely.
I then left it 5 minutes, replaced the fuse to switch the control panel back on, left it another minute and switched the boiler back on.
It then tried to start for about 30 seconds and then the same code came up (could hear boiler and fans during this time).
I repeated the above and it started working again.

Not sure how you switched the boiler off. Was that a fuse as I just pulled the fuse out for the control panel to get it zeroed but the fault reading was instantaneous, with no fan or boiler noice, when the power came back on.Shame. Just wondered as I had this issue.

You were quite correct in your assessment of the situation. I didn’t read your post till the next day. I remember hitting a pothole on the road and that caused the sensor to become disconnected and the boiler to stop working. Took it to the local Truma dealer in Inverness to get it fixed.could be worth trying a DIY repair and changing the sensor?
