This may be a daft question, but going on the pretext that the only daft question is the one you didn't ask. If we want to go to Gibraltar does the dog have to see a vet for the worm tablet before we can take her in?

You will need a Pet Passport for the dog. The worm tablet and the stamp in the dogs passport, provided by an accredited Vet are required to get back into Blighty on your return.
