Are you looking in "new posts" or "latest posts" that one tripped me up.

your post won't show in the 'new posts' until there is another 'new post'

That's how it is meant to work. Once you have seen a post it is no longer "new" so is not listed. The same applies for your own posts, which can be a bit annoying, in that when you post on a thread the system does not see it as a new post to you - 'cos you wrote it. But, as of today, you can now find your own ew post by clicking on the "latest posts" button, not "new posts".

It took me a while to work this one out, so I wonder how many posts will now go unnoticed as they move from "new" to "latest" posts ?
Most people will be used to just checking new posts as per the old site.

It was Latest posts and now it is recent posts.

I can't keep up with this new stuff.
