Disappearing posts

    Why do posts disappear , can read one time then when I go back they have gone

    Are you looking in "new posts" or "latest posts" that one tripped me up:LOL:.

    your post won't show in the 'new posts' until there is another 'new post'

    That's how it is meant to work. Once you have seen a post it is no longer "new" so is not listed. The same applies for your own posts, which can be a bit annoying, in that when you post on a thread the system does not see it as a new post to you - 'cos you wrote it. But, as of today, you can now find your own ew post by clicking on the "latest posts" button, not "new posts".;)

    It took me a while to work this one out, so I wonder how many posts will now go unnoticed as they move from "new" to "latest" posts ?
    Most people will be used to just checking new posts as per the old site.

    I have "new posts" and "recent posts" cannot see any latest posts button???

    Sorry.
    It was Latest posts and now it is recent posts.

    I can't keep up with this new stuff. :confused:
